The Resurrection of Hungary by Arthur Griffith, first edition 1904
The publication of The Resurrection of Hungary in 1904 made Arthur Griffith a national figure and laid the foundations for Sinn Fein’s policy. The pamphlet is significant for the Tower because Joyce alludes to it on a number of occasions in Ulysses, in addition Arthur Griffith stayed in the Tower in 1904.
