Copy of typed letter from Nora Joyce to the Colums
Nora Joyce was left in reduced circumstances after Joyce’s death in 1941. His will remained in probate throughout the war, his annuity ceased and she was forced to rely on the kindness of friends until affairs were settled. In this letter she thanks the Colums for their help and propses selling her copy of Chamber Music that Joyce had printed especially for her. Photostat given by Padraic Colum.
